HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

 

1. Find your favorite items 

2. Select the Color and Size

3. Put the quantity number 

4. Click on "Add To Cart" 

5. Click on “Checkout”

6. Can order as the existing customer or the guest

7. Enter your shipping address 

8. Enter your preferred payment method

9. Confirm your order 

 

- Upon completing your order, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation.

WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?


 

1. Credit /Debit Card: We accept Visa and Mastercard powered by Omise.

 

Note: For debit cards, please make sure your card supports online shopping.

Common declined payment reasons and solutions:

 

      The account doesn't have sufficient funds: Check your bank account to make sure it has enough, then try again.

      The name of the account owner doesn't match the information you provided: Update your billing information with the correct details.

      The issuing bank doesn't allow using the bank account for online or international transactions: Contact your bank to allow these types of transactions, then start again.

      The bank account doesn't exist anymore: Update your billing information with a different bank account or credit card.

      There are a limited number of transactions: Please contact your Bank.

 

2. Cash On Delivery (COD): A delivery agent will contact you to make a delivery appointment. 

Pay cash when the product arrives. All transactions are completed when goods are received with a signature. 

In the case of a missed delivery appointment, please kindly contact the agency.

 

3. Direct Bank Transfer: You also can make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be dispatched until the funds have cleared in our account.

 

4. PayPal: Most easy and convenient way to checkout, Paypal is available in Onnidress.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

 

To check your order status, simply Sign in to log in, click Account and then check your order in your account page. 

You can also track your shipped order by entering the tracking number, can check your order confirmation email, at http://track.thailandpost.co.th/tracking/default.aspx?lang=en

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

 

OF COURSE, all of our shipments are completely insured by our third-party insurer. 

Follow up your order with Thaipost and don’t miss the call from. Onnidress will not be responsible for any theft or loss that occurs after Thaipost drop off since the insurance covers untill the delivery is made.

 



HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER OR RETURN MY ITEMS?



It is not difficult to cancel and return and refund your order if it is the qualified case.
